On Friday, us kids went to Howell to stay with our grandma while our parents went to a wedding in Traverse City. But after we got there, she surprised us saying we were really going to stay at a hotel (a very rare treat–for like, ever in our life). But we were also going to go to Art Prize, which is in Grand Rapids. We probably walked about ten miles altogether? Maybe? So the sad thing is that I wasn’t prepared for this, so I didn’t have a nice camera.
Option one was our black Canon camera. We didn’t bring it, plus the lens is covered in dust causing all photos to be out of focus. So that was out of the question.
Option Two: My mom’s iPhone which is surprisingly good. Also had to be eliminated because she needed to take it with her to the wedding. And I don’t have a phone.
Option Three: My grandma’s Canon camera (I’m horrible at describing different cameras) basically it’s silver, is small, and over-all not professional. But it had to do in a pinch. 🙂
So using Option Three, we walked all around Grand Rapids, me filling up the card quickly, but deleting every once in a while, so I never ran out of room!!
More to Come!
